About Us

Welcome to the Troop 30 scout group located in the Valley of the Sun, Phoenix Arizona. Our Scout group is sponsored by The 1st Arizona B-P Rovers. Founded in 1994 with seven boys and five leaders. We now boast a youth membership of 100 and have 50 registered adults. While we follow advancement, training, and leadership requirements of B.S.A. we supplement our program with Traditional Scout Skills, Values and Troop sponsored Junior Leader, Scouter and Parent training Programs.

Troop 30 follows the fourth point of the Scout Law and offers the left hand of friendship and brotherhood to all fellow Scouts and Scouters regardless of scout association membership. Sections of our Scout Group are associated with the World Organization of the Scout Movement while others are associated with the the Baden-Powell Scouts Association.
